These tour programs will help you plan your own visit to Saint Petersburg. Most people when coming to a new city simply don't know what to see and fully rely on their travel company to design an itinerary for them. I suggest you decide yourself what places to see and how long to stay there. Have a look at the tour programs listed below, read their description and try to formulate what you would really like to see. LIMITED OFFER! I offer you a unique opportunity to experience what it feels like and tastes like to join a typical Russian family for a delicious shashlyk (more familiar to you like kebab) in the countryside. Going to restaurants to taste Russian cuisine is certainly interesting especially because quite a few of them offer very good food and unusual interiors but where else will you …have a chance to just sit and chat by the fire with your Russian host sipping beer and savoring delicious meat? …be a guest yet feel like home? The menu is a typical one for a family gathering including fresh pork kebab (chicken kebab can be cooked specially for you on prior notice), boiled or roasted potatoes, various Russian pickles, fresh salads. You will try Russian vodka the way Russians do it (it’s up to you how much to drink, of course nobody will want you to get really drunk!), Russian light beer or home-made berry drink (mors) Of course you will be shown around the house so that you could get a chance to see personally how and where middle class Russians live. The party is held outside of the city in the evening, so it could be a perfect ending of your touring day! You could either take a taxi from your hotel or hire a driver for the rest of the day to take you there and then back to your hotel. This is a more comfortable but a more expensive option, as you will have to pay not only for your meal but for the driver’s as well. The cost is 50 USD/ 38 EUR per person. (you do NOT pay for my meal)
